Friday, NOVEMBER 14, 2025 - CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL BENEFIT CONCERT

AT Benaroya Hall AT 8:00pm

On November 14th, Grammy winning composer Mateo Messina will premiere his symphony #26 The Symphony of Distraction! This night invites you into a world where screens glow brighter than sunsets and notifications tug at us more insistently than friends. The night explores our uneasy dance with devices—are they liberating or limiting, a source of creativity or a thief of attention? Are the very tools meant to connect us stirring anxiety, comparison, and FOMO instead? We’ll walk through a musical and story led journey of what is healthy, what is harmful, and how do we find a balance in a world that never stops buzzing!

Performed by:

Northwest Symphony Orchestra
Conductor, Anthony Spain

The Seattle Ladies Choir

Special Guest: We Three

This is LUMA Guild’s 26th annual benefit concert for Seattle Children’s. To date, together with their audience & sponsors, they’ve raised over $2 million dollars for kids and families going through treatment at Seattle Children’s. This concert will be wild, weird, different, and unconventional as usual …all while our orchestra and audience dress in fancy clothes and find reasons to hoot and holler and have a lot of fun! Once you come, you keep coming back! You’ll see once you experience this special night.
